Remanufactured Engines
Wolter offers DEUTZ Xchange engines as well as Perkins and Yanmar Reman engines built to OEM specifications, which are an alternative to rebuilding your existing engine. EPA regulations prohibit an engine from being replaced with a prior emissions-level product. The best solution for compliant engine replacement is to install an Xchange or reman engine of the equivalent emissions level. Wolter can help you with the right reman engine selection.
Perkins Reman Engines
Remanufactured, Not Rebuilt. There is a Difference. Wolter and Perkins offers Tier 3 and lesser regulated remanufactured Perkins diesel engines remanufactured to factory specifications using genuine Perkins parts. Each engine is fully dyno tested with report: dynamometer test recording horsepower and engine parameters through varying loads, re-torquing of cylinder head and valve adjustment after dynamometer testing. All engines painted, bagged/tagged with installation instructions, and skidded for shipment to customer for installation. All remanufactured Perkins engines receive a one-year warranty.
Yanmar Reman Engines
A Yanmar remanufactured engine is a budget-friendly alternative that can extend the life of your equipment, without a lot of stress on your bottom line. Yanmar remanufactured engines are remanufactured in the USA to the most exacting standards, using genuine Yanmar parts that meet or exceed current standards. Yanmar remanufactured engines will run as well as the original equipment GUARANTEED. Each Yanmar remanufactured engine comes with a full one-year parts and labor warranty.
DEUTZ Xchange Engines
Genuine DEUTZ Xchange engines are fully remanufactured. This means that each engine undergoes a state-of-the-art, 300-point reconditioning process according to its original blueprint specifications. This also means that each Xchange engine is measured against the highest of quality standards, minimizing recurrence of engine failure and equipment downtime. DEUTZ offers an industry-leading, national, three-year limited warranty on all genuine Xchange engines – Standard, including a No-Hassle Core Return Policy. And Only 100% genuine DEUTZ replacement parts are installed. Assembled Xchange engines are individually tested by a computer-controlled Eddy Current Dynamometer. Test cycles and times are regulated per ISO 3046 standards in accordance with DEUTZ new-engine test procedures and data results are recorded and archived for each engine. Each engine is tested using the same preservative break-in lubricant as used in new engines produced in Germany.
