In what appears to be our new normal, for right now, we are faced with updates each day concerning our communities, states, and the globe.
The updates we receive daily can cause uncertainty within us all, wondering what tomorrow will bring, and how it will affect each of us personally and as a business. Together, we will move onward and upward while navigating this new normal.
These times may be uncharted, but the support you rely on us for is not.
We are committed to you and your business. Over the weeks, we have worked diligently with each of our departments to ensure each team member is prepared to work with you most safely and efficiently as possible. In doing so, each of our team members has signed off on the following policies.

- The majority of employees working remotely and limited visitors to lower in-person interaction, allowing essential office employees 6 feet of distance between all others.
- All business travel delayed until further notice.
- Face masks have been supplied to each employee to create a safe and comfortable working environment for all in the office and in the field.

We will continue operating as an essential business in response to COVID-19, in order to assist healthcare, emergency service providers and all other infrastructures highlighted as essential. During this time we will commit our services to helping critical operations remain powered and protected, safely and timely.
Equipped for Full-Service – Minimal Interaction Needed
With your direction, we can access most generators without physical interaction by following this procedure:
- Servicing will be confined to the designated work space; Wolter Power Systems employees will follow CDC guidelines for disinfecting the space.
- A “no customer signature required” policy has been implemented to limit contact; electronic documentation will be available electronically when needed.

Parts Counter is Open
Our goal is to have you in and out as quickly as we can. When a parts counter visit is needed, please be assured that we are requiring the following procedure:
- Parts counter employees are disinfecting the area before and after pickups,
- Practicing the 6-ft apart rule (social distancing)
- Employees are regularly washing hands after contact, and sanitizer will be provided at the counter for both parties
