Generac Generator Service & Training ClassesGenerator service and training is available from Wolter Power Systems; we offer regularly scheduled Generac® generator service and training classes throughout the year. The Generac® training curriculums and programs include actual hands-on training segments, teaching the student troubleshooting techniques to properly identify and diagnose failures. When working with Generac® generators that are under warranty, factory certification is absolutely essential and critical for all warranty repairs that may be needed or required, as well as for any scheduled maintenance work that is performed while the generators and associated equipment are still in the warranty period. Any repair work that is carried out by non-certified technicians may void the balance of the factory warranty, which could lead to additional, unexpected maintenance and repair costs. In addition, Wolter Power Systems offers a Generac® Generator Service Certification, along with certification updates and training. The courses consist of both classroom and hands-on training, lead by a factory-authorized instructor/trainer. Completed and proper Generac® Generator Service Certification permits the trained generator professional to perform work while the Generac® equipment is under warranty. Industrial Diesel Engine Service & TrainingIndustrial diesel engine and service training is also offered here at Wolter Power Systems. A factory certified instructor teaches the training classes; the training course is held at our training facility in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Industrial diesel engine and service training classes are regularly held throughout the year. As mentioned in other sections of our website, Wolter Power Systems offers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week service for all the manufacturers equipment that we carry; our factory certified, fully trained technicians use the latest diagnostic and repair equipment available, and are dispatched in fully-equipped service vehicles.
