As part of our extensive array of value-added services, Wolter Power Systems coordinates and offers plant tours of manufacturer facilities (ones that we represent), power demonstrations, engineering seminars, and engineering white papers and publications for use by current and prospective customers. Wolter Power Systems is committed to keeping all our existing and future clients updated on advances in the industrial engine and generator fields.

Generac Generators

Wolter Power Systems coordinates plant tours, on site power demonstrations, and seminars at Generac® Power Systems, the manufacturer of the Generac® line of industrial, commercial and residential emergency power generators. All of these tours, seminars and demonstrations are offered and designed to assist power system professionals, including engineers and electrical contractors, to become better acquainted and informed about Generac® Generators. Generac® plant tours are available to their facilities in Waukesha, Eagle and Whitewater, Wisconsin. Demonstrations of their emergency power generator systems are geared and designed to show the functions and features of industrial and commercial generators, and how they will operate during power outages.

Along with coordinating plant tours, Wolter Power Systems offers regularly scheduled Professional Development Seminar Series (PDSS) Seminars for electrical engineers and engineering professionals. Our PDSS Seminars have been structured and developed in conjunction and with the assistance of the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE), covering a wide variety of industry topics, such as sizing generator sets and UL Listings. PDSS Seminars are eligible for professional Continuing/Certified Education Unit (CEU) credits.

As a Generac® Ultimate Servicing Dealer, Wolter Power Systems has the Generac® Power Trip Demo Trailer available for technical demonstrations. The Generac® demo truck is a mobile demonstration trailer, which can be set up in a parking lot to show engineers, electrical contractors, and other power system specialists how Generac® emergency power generators perform during a simulated power outage.

Another value-added service offered by Wolter Power Systems to our current and prospective clients is the technical white papers, application notes, technical data sheets, and other product service material provided by Generac® and other manufacturers that we represent. These technical support documents are intended to bring the power system professional current with the latest news, models, updates and advances to emergency power generators and other equipment.
