· Wis-Con - One (01) year
· Yanmar - Two (02) years

Warranty's cover
defective workmanship and materials and are not an unconditional guarantee
against hazards or failures.
Notify Wolter Power
Systems Service Manager for engines needing warranty repair coverage.
The Service Manager will issue an authorization number for you to
(a) return the unit to Wolter Power Systems for repair or (b) proceed
with diagnosis of defect and (c) commence needed repair(s).
You will be responsible
for repairs made without obtaining an authorization number.
PROCEDURE
- Contact Wolter
Power Systems Service Manager at (800) 236-1625 or (262) 502-0100,
before diagnosing defects and/or proceeding with repair(s) on Wolter
Power Systems New engine.
- After approval
from the Service Manager an authorization number and a "New Engine
Warranty Claim form" (for respective engine make) will be faxed to
you.
- As soon as an
authorization number is assigned and you receive a New Engine Warranty
Claim form you may proceed to make repairs to the engine.
- Annotate the
authorization number on all paperwork pertaining to the repair(s)
you make.
- Be complete and
descriptive when you fill in the New Engine Warranty Claim form. An
incomplete claim form will not be accepted.
- Fax the completed
New Engine Warranty Claim form, a repair report/work ticket, and
a photocopy of the original bill sale back to Wolter Power Systems
Service Manager.
- New Engine Warranty
Claims must be received within 15 days of the date of repair. All
warranty claims exceeding the 15-day from date of repair period will
be rejected.
- Only parts, labor
and if applicable travel and mileage are covered under warranty.
- Wolter Power
Systems and engine manufacturers will not consider the following
under warranty: (1) shop supplies (2) miscellaneous items (3) service
freight (4) required service tools (5) lost time charges (6) incidental
or consequential damages (7) lost sales, profit, or income (8)
injury to person or property (9) rental equipment charges (10)
towing charges (11) telephone calls (12) delays in diagnostic conclusions
(13) hazardous waste fees/environmental charges (14) unauthorized
repairs (15) labor exceeding approved times (16) shop service fees
(17) consumable fluids (18) benefits or remedies while the invoice
for the unit or related services remains outstanding.
- Flat rate guidelines
will be followed to determine accurate labor hours.
- All defective
parts must be retained until written instructions are received. All
defective parts returned to Wolter Hydraulics & Power Systems will be shipped prepaid.
