New & Remanufactured EnginesFor over three decades, Wolter Power Systems has been offering a complete line of new industrial engines, exchange engines, remanufactured engines, as well as service and support. Wolter Power Systems is an authorized distributor for numerous high quality, reputable industrial engine manufacturers, such as:
Along with our extensive new industrial engine inventory, including the manufacturers mentioned above, Wolter Power Systems has the in-house capability to modify industrial engines with optional equipment components, including clutches and hydraulic pump mounts, the result being industrial engines purchased from Wolter Power Systems are complete and ready for installation. Wolter Power Systems offers remanufactured engines (from Perkins and Continental) built to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications, which are an alternative to rebuilding your existing engine. New, direct from the factory short blocks and long blocks are another option, instead of purchasing a complete new industrial engine. Deutz EnginesDeutz Engines has been producing diesel engines since 1876. These engines have been distributed here in the United States since 1894, well over 100 years! The new line of Deutz industrial engines is fully compliant with EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) Tier 3 Regulations; in addition, Deutz is fully committed to meeting or exceeding future Tier 4 Regulations. Deutz diesel industrial engines are available in horsepower ratings ranging from 5 to 670.5 horsepower; in water-cooled, air-cooled or oil-cooled versions; from 2/4 cylinders up to 6/12 cylinders. Deutz diesel industrial engines are found in many mobile machinery applications and industrial equipment, such as trenching machinery, chippers, aerial lifts and ground support tugs, to name a few. Another option available to Wolter Power Systems customers from Deutz is a comprehensive line of diesel exchange engines; which are built to OEM specifications at Deutz facility located in Pendergrass, Georgia. Other exchange engine benefits include factory new warranties, and these exchange engines are a cost effective alternative to rebuilding your current engine. Perkins EnginesPerkins has been manufacturing diesel industrial engines for over 75 years, producing over 300,000 engines annually. Wolter Power Systems offers the 400, 800 and 1100 Series lines of Perkins industrial engines, with horsepower ratings from 13 to 275 horsepower. Perkins industrial engines are used in a wide range of industries, including the industrial, material handling, construction, power generation and agricultural sectors. As noted above, Perkins remanufactured industrial engines are available for the 400, 800 and 1100 series, all that's needed is the current engine serial number, ensuring that the remanufactured industrial engine is built to OEM specifications. Perkins long blocks are also available, new from the factory. Again, your current engine serial number is needed to ensure that the engine long block has the same specifications as the existing engine. Wisconsin Motors EnginesFor almost a century, Wisconsin Motors has been manufacturing a line of air-cooled industrial engines that have horsepower ratings ranging from 9 to 65 horsepower, and that can be powered by gasoline, natural gas (NG), liquid propane (LP), or dual fuel versions. Wisconsin Motors engines are specifically designed for high torque, severe duty applications, such as wood grinders, concrete saws, aerial lifts, concrete pumps, chippers, and trenchers. Wolter Power Systems offers complete Wisconsin Motors replacement engines, as well as long blocks. Wisconsin Motors long blocks include the cylinder heads and oil pan, and have new factory warranties; only the external engine parts are swapped from the old engine to the new long block. Wisconsin Motors also manufactures the Continental industrial engine, available as a liquid-cooled, gasoline-powered model; it is also offered in NG, LP, and dual fuel powered versions. The Continental industrial engine is rated at 74 horsepower and is EPA compliant; applications include sweepers and aerial lifts. Yanmar EnginesWolter Power Systems is proud to offer Yanmar Engines. Yanmar has been manufacturing small diesel industrial engines since 1933, and has produced over 15 million industrial engines since then. Currently, there are over 1 million Yanmar Engines in operation worldwide. Yanmar Engines are rated from 4.5 to 100 horsepower, and are used in construction, industrial and military applications including pressure washers, generator sets, construction equipment and agricultural equipment. Yanmar produces compact industrial diesel engines such as Models TNM68 and TNM72, which are respectively rated at 19 and 23 horsepower. Short blocks are offered for servicing older models and makes of industrial engines. The benefit of a new short block is these engine blocks are a cost effective and efficient way to replace an existing engine, as opposed to rebuilding.
